It’s been a tough start to 2020, but the team at BCD is here for you, always. We are an essential service and are well resourced to continue to provide the services you need during this time of self isolation.
We have implemented a number of health and safety precautions and our staff remain as dedicated as ever. We’ll continue to support you with anything and everything you need, no matter what. Whether it’s in-home care, picking up groceries, connecting you online with friends or helping prepare meals for the week, we can help. After all, local people helping local people is what we’re all about.
If you are feeling unwell, please let our team know and we can make sure to put the best practises in place so your support can continue. We’re in this together.
Over the past couple of days, we have been able to help a number of our clients with some daily tasks:
- We picked up some continence aids for Dolores and dropped them off to her.
- We sat with Ryan to show him how to safely connect online to chat to his friends.
- We made arrangements for Miled to have his gardening done.
- We helped Alison prepare some homecooked meals for the week ahead.
There are many more ways we can help make your life easier, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about our services. We are always available, so feel free to contact us via phone on 1800 275 223 or email carecentral@bcdcci.org.au.
