BCD Support Coordination is your link to information, guidance and support.
Whether you just need a bit of help getting started with your NDIS package, or you need a continued service to manage your budget and the payment of services, BCD can support the life you want!
Support Connection
Your Local Area Coordinator is the first point of contact for Support Connection, however BCD can provide you a basic level of help and administrative support to get you “connected” in the NDIS. This might involve accessing your NDIS participant portal, engaging service providers, learning how to process payments using your funding and a range of other basics. This service typically involves an initial setup and training, with follow-up support as required.
Over time, your needs and service requirements may change. When this happens, you can contact BCD to review your needs and assist you with any of the changes to NDIS provider services, administration and processes.
Coordination of Supports
Our NDIS Support Coordinators are like your personal assistants. We review your NDIS funding package, your background and current needs. We listen to your preferences and learn about your goals. When we’ve got all the information and a clear understanding of all your support requirements, we make it happen.
As your NDIS Support Coordinator, we have strong links with local NDIS providers in the local area which makes accessing and scheduling services a smooth process for all involved.
With almost 20 years of local experience, BCD has a depth of knowledge and insight to the various disability support and allied health services available.
