Aimee is a young woman who is on an adventure to manage and build her independence in her daily living. From challenges to looking after her grooming to learning everyday living skills of cooking and cleaning, she is determined to get the job done even when at times when she feels frustrated with the task at hand.
With the help of a care worker in the home, Aimee’s mum Bec is so pleased to be able to observe Aimee feeling supported towards reaching her goals in becoming more independent with her living. Through patient and taking the time at Aimee’s pace, she truly feels the care is being provided and that she is moving in a forward direction.
