Heather commenced as CEO in August 2019. Bringing experience from executive leadership roles in the Human Services sector and consulting roles in People, Technology, Change and customer service environments. Heather is committed to designing and driving an ongoing and sustainable growth strategy for BCD. She is passionate in ensuring BCD customers receive quality services to live the life they want.
Quality and Aged Care Services Leader
Kara commenced with BCD in September 2020. Kara brings over 10 yrs extensive industry and lived experience in Disability, Mental health and Aged Care. With a comprehensive background in policy development, auditing and operations, Kara has a wealth of knowledge in risk management and business continuity that is an asset to BCD. Committed to influencing change, Kara is driven to design and deliver quality services for vulnerable people across the sector. Her passion for continuous improvement and innovation allows staff at BCD to feel confident and supported to deliver best practice service.
Disability Services Leader
Shanise commenced with BCD in 2021. Shanise brings over 12 years of hands-on industry experience within the Disability Sector. Shanise is exceptionally passionate about ensuring our customers receive person centered supports that enable them to reach their goals and aspirations. Shanise believes in empowering our Staff, Customers, and their Carer's to ensure that the rights of people with a Disability are being upheld while making sure their choice and control is the main focus while receiving supports. Shanise's extensive experience in positive behavioral support as well as high medical need supports allows BCD to support customers in a holistic manner.
Business Development Leader
Anna is all about finding the human connection points and stories and how BCD can work alongside, for and with their customers and community partners to support the lives of those in need. She brings over 10 years of experience in the community service sector and is passionate about helping others to lead a life of choice.
