Heather Hollingworth
CEO
Heather commenced at CEO in August 2019. Bringing experience from executive leadership roles in the Human Services sector and consulting roles in People, Technology, Change and customer service environments. Heather is committed to designing and driving an ongoing and sustainable growth strategy for BCD. She passionate in ensuring BCD customers receive quality services to live the life they want.

Kara Dario
Quality and Aged Care Services Leader
Kara commenced with BCD in September 2020. Kara brings over 10 yrs extensive industry and lived experience in Disability, Mental health and Aged Care. With a comprehensive background in policy development, auditing and operations, Kara has a wealth of knowledge in risk management and business continuity that is an asset to BCD. Committed to influencing change, Kara is driven to design and deliver quality services for vulnerable people across the sector. Her passion for continuous improvement and innovation allows staff at BCD to feel confident and supported to deliver best practice service.

Lee Rowell
Customer Services Leader
Lee has been involved in the community and disability services sector for over 25 years. Her commitment is to support and guide vulnerable customers and their families to lead an inclusive life in the community to reach their chosen goals, hopes and dreams what ever they may be.

Anna Dang
Business Development Leader
Anna is all about finding the human connection points and stories and how BCD can work alongside, for and with their customers and community partners to support the lives of those in need. She brings over 10 years of experience in the community service sector and is passionate about helping others to lead a life of choice.
