Kristy’s journey into the disability sector began as a Support Coordinator, where she discovered her deep passion for making a difference. Guided by her belief that "complex is the new cool" and that no challenge is too great, Kristy has spent the past five years transforming lives.

What began as an individual contributor role has evolved into a leadership position, where she now heads the NDIS team at BCD dedicated to supporting vulnerable members of the community and overseeing accommodation services. For Kristy, this work is not just a career-it’s a calling, and she cannot imagine doing anything else.
