Be available to work a range of hours across the whole week – people just don’t need support between 9am and 5pm
Be goal orientated AND be able to encourage the achievement of goals – no matter how small
Be willing to keep learning as person centered means that no two services are ever the same!
Why you should do it
We will provide you with a tailored induction based on your experience and the customers you will be working with. We have a Care Central Team to support services available 24/7 and a Support Worker APP providing shift information straight to your phone. We are committed to quarterly worker forums where you can connect with others and we provide training both face to face and on-line in a range of service areas.
