Kylie Hawker
President, Board Member
Kylie commenced at BCD in May 2020 and has extensive marketing, strategic management and fundraising experience gained across both corporate and not for profit sectors. Kylie is committed to supporting BCD in designing and driving ongoing and sustainable growth whilst ensuring BCD customers receive quality care to live the life they deserve.
Jonathan Marin

Karina Peace
Clinical Committee Board Member
Karina is a Registered Nurse with a Masters of Nursing and Graduate Diplomas in both Business and Health Management, her extensive experience in the Aged Care Industry includes managing national portfolios for well over 15 years. Her commitment to improving aged care in Australia has seen her employed and consulting to both for profit and not for profit organisations, including representing the industry with the Department of Health's Aged Care Funding Reform. Karina is a leading national expert in Aged Care Funding and is often requested to deliver presentations at conferences and private organisations on this topic. Skilled in change management and transforming teams to high performing managers contributes to the success she has experienced in her roles. Currently employed with Calvary Health, Karina is leading their Aged Care Revenue and Strategy teams and influencing business strategy and design.
Paul Luketic
Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee,
Board Member
Paul has over 20 years senior management experience with global companies including Dow Jones, Vodafone and Noble Systems, during which time he developed a passion for innovation and customer experience and has since founded calltime where he is the CEO. calltime’s mission is to help small-to-mid-sized companies maximise their telecommunications through cloud-based solutions without the headache of dealing with the large telco’s. Paul maintains an active interest in all things IT, with a particular interest in transformation & disruption and continues to look for way’s technology can enhance the way we live
Paul works extensively with other NFPs so understands the industry and where BCD improve its services to customers and community.
Steven Eldridge
Board Member
Steven is a seasoned people leader with a passion for developing teams, mentoring individuals and navigating change. A Registered Nurse with a background in acute mental health care both in the UK and in Australia, he has held numerous senior leadership roles within the health sector. Steven is currently the Director of Donor Relations at Australia Cross Lifeblood leading key teams responsible for the acquisition and retention of Lifeblood's valued donors. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Steven joined the board in 2023 and is committed to using his experience in strategy, growth and governance to help support the team moving forward.

BCD is a registered charity under the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission. We are committed to:
Assisting and providing services to support people who are disadvantaged, in need, or are vulnerable
Providing continued care and support for people with disabilities and their carers, helping them meet their individual needs and reach their full potential
Providing services to conduct and manage health and community services or facilities in support of elderly people and their carers
Collaborating and cooperating with other organisation and services in health, aged and community care sectors.
